3. Medical Disclaimer

Bhriti provides functional and integrative medicine consultations focused on lifestyle, nutrition, and systems biology.
We do NOT provide emergency medical care, urgent treatment, or acute condition management.
You must maintain a Primary Care Physician / Family Physician for acute or emergency concerns.
All recommendations provided are intended to support your health, not to replace conventional medical care unless explicitly discussed.

4. Program Consent Terms

By enrolling in any consultation or program, you agree to the following:

Explanation of Treatment Model
You acknowledge that the nature and purpose of Bhriti’s functional and integrative medicine approach have been explained to you, and you have had the opportunity to ask questions.
Changes in Medical Condition
You understand that changes in your medical condition or medications can affect your personalized plan. You agree to promptly inform Bhriti of any such changes.
Scope of Care
You understand that Bhriti does not handle acute medical conditions. You will continue to maintain a primary healthcare provider for emergencies and acute care.
Commitment to Compliance
You acknowledge that your progress depends on your adherence to the recommended dietary changes, lifestyle modifications, supplements, medications (if prescribed), and follow‑up schedules.
Consent for Use of Information
You agree and consent to Bhriti collecting, storing, and accessing your personal details and medical information for the purpose of providing care.
You also consent to this information being shared only with the care team involved in your treatment.
You may additionally consent (optional) to anonymized data being used for research or educational purposes.
Nature of Functional Medicine
You understand that functional medicine is an evidence-informed, systems biology approach that identifies the root causes of disease and focuses on holistic health improvement.
Limitation of Liability
You release and discharge Bhriti from any claims or damages (“Loss”) resulting from your participation in the program, including but not limited to:
- Non-adherence to the prescribed recommendations
- Failure to disclose complete and accurate medical history
Program-Specific Terms
- Free Introductory Call: No medical advice is provided; this call is informational.
- Comprehensive Evaluation: Includes detailed review and recommendations.
- 1-Month and 3-Month Programs: Personalized plans, follow-ups, and ongoing support per program structure.
Jurisdiction
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

5. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
We do not store your payment card details.
Refund Policy:
- Free Introductory Call: Not applicable.
- Comprehensive Evaluation: Non‑refundable once the evaluation form is reviewed or consultation has begun.
- 1‑Month and 3‑Month Programs: Refunds are not provided once the program has commenced, due to the personalized nature of the service.
- Exceptions may be considered at our discretion in cases of administrative error.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate, complete, and updated information.
Follow medical advice responsibly.
Use the Website only for lawful purposes.
Not misuse appointment booking or payment systems.
