This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be provided for services purchased from Bhriti, operated by Dr. Rakshata Agasthy, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India ("we", "us", or "our").
We aim to offer transparent, fair, and ethical policies while delivering high‑quality Functional and Integrative Medicine services.
1. General Refund Terms
Our services include consultations and wellness programs of various durations. Refund eligibility and the percentage refunded depend on the timing of your request and the type of service purchased.
Please note: All refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original method of payment.
2. Refund Policy for Programs (1‑Month & 3‑Month Packages)
Refunds for wellness programs are governed by the following guidelines:

Refund within 7 days of purchase: You are eligible for a 90% refund of the total amount paid.

The 7‑day period is calculated from the date you make the payment.

Refund on or after the 8th day: No refund will be applicable. The full amount is forfeited.
These terms apply to all current and future program offerings unless otherwise stated.
3. Refund Policy for Consultations

Free Introductory Call: Not eligible for refunds.

Comprehensive Evaluation: Refunds may be provided only if cancellation is requested before any consultation has taken place. Once the evaluation has begun or supporting documents have been reviewed, refunds do not apply.
4. Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to slot availability.

Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are not eligible for refunds.
5. No-Show Policy
If you fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session is considered completed and is not refundable.

7. Processing Time
Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment service provider, it may take additional time for the funds to reflect in your account.
